Refund policy
This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled for Le Crewe services.
1. Deposits & Booking Fees

Deposits or service call fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Deposits may be applied toward the total cost of the job
2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee

Same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid
3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with proper notice

Last-minute rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation
4. No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time:

A no-show fee may be charged

Future bookings may require full upfront payment
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of service-based work:

No refunds will be issued once work has begun or been completed

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
6. Changes in Job Scope
If the job scope changes after booking:

Pricing may be adjusted accordingly

Customer approval will be requested before continuing
Refunds will not apply if:

The job cost increases due to additional work requested or required
7. Weather & Delays

Services may be delayed due to weather or unforeseen conditions

In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available time

No penalties will apply for weather-related delays
8. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
We aim to resolve all issues fairly, but we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not align with this policy.
