Yes. Most quotes are free based on the information you provide. For certain jobs, a service call or estimate fee may apply and can be credited toward the final cost.


3. How quickly can you schedule a job?

We offer flexible scheduling, including same-day or next-day service when available. Availability depends on workload and job size.


4. What areas do you serve?

We serve New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service range.


5. Do I need to be present during the service?

Not always. As long as we have clear access and instructions, we can complete many jobs without the customer being present.


6. What items do you remove?

We handle most types of junk, including:

  • Construction debris

We may decline or charge extra for hazardous materials.


7. Do you handle eviction cleanouts?

Yes. We provide fast-turnaround eviction and foreclosure cleanouts, including full removal and broom-clean finishing.


8. What is included in lawn care services?

Routine lawn care includes:

  • Mowing

  • Blowing

We also offer sod installation and landscaping services.


9. Do you bring your own tools and equipment?

Yes. Our crew arrives fully equipped for the job. If special equipment is required, we will inform you in advance.


10. What is your minimum charge?

  • 2-hour minimum for labor

  • Minimum load pricing for junk removal


11. How do payments work?
