  • Accessibility (stairs, distance, obstacles)

  • Type of materials (including hazardous or restricted items)

A final price will be confirmed:

  • Before service begins, or

  • On-site after inspection

2. Minimum Charges

Certain services are subject to minimum charges, including:

  • Labor services require a 2-hour minimum

  • Junk removal and cleanouts have minimum load pricing

  • Service call fees may apply for estimates or inspections

3. Scope of Work

Our pricing is based on the agreed scope of work.

If additional work is required beyond the original request, we reserve the right to:

4. Customer Responsibilities

6. Scheduling & Availability

  • Service dates are subject to availability

  • Same-day or next-day service may be available but is not guaranteed

  • Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job delays

7. Hazardous & Restricted Materials

We reserve the right to refuse or adjust pricing for jobs involving:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals

  • Biohazards

  • Unsafe structural conditions

Undisclosed hazardous materials may result in additional charges or service refusal.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Le Crewe reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • Job conditions are unsafe

  • The scope differs significantly from what was described

  • Customer behavior is inappropriate or unsafe

9. Completion Standards

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Cleanout services include a broom-clean finish

  • Repairs and labor services are completed based on industry standards

10. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Deposits or booking fees may be required for certain services

  • Custom invoices may be issued for final pricing
